Gen 2 Waterproof Motorbike Jacket with armour

**Sizing Guide below**

The new Tallarook is here! With significant safety upgrades and a bunch of other usability and comfort upgrades too!

Some of the upgrades include:

- CE2 impact armour used throughout

- Leather added the critical high risk zones in the elbows and shoulders

- Added dark reflectors

- NEW colour and more sizes!

Plus a lot more, see below list for full list.

Why is it named Tallarook? Tallarook state forest near Melbourne has been our go-to stomping ground for offroad motorbiking, motorbike camping and exploring! Its where the bulk of the real world testing was done.

I wanted a jacket that would easily fit the role of waterproof motorbike jacket, with all the normal safety features, and all weather campsite jacket. Made from 1000D Cordura, this material is incredibly strong and also waterproof making it a great material for this jacket.

This jacket has heaps of little features, check below for a detailed list.

Now comes in either black or the new olive green! Mix and match with the matching Tallarook pants (Sold separately)

Winter Motorcycle Jacket Features:

- 1000D Cordura used throughout in the construction of the jacket. This material is super tough, abrasion resistant and waterproof! It is also very wind resistant making this jacket nice and warm when done up.

- NEW The critical high risk zones (Elbows and shoulders for jackets) have been massively upgraded for abrasion resistance by integrating a layer of the Black Pup Moto charcoal brown jacket leather. This massively increases the abrasion resistance in those critical zones

- IMPROVED removable CE2 rated Shoulder, Back and Elbow impact armour comes as standard, no extra charges here to look after yourself! If you don't like the look of armour in jackets or prefer to ride without they come out easily.

- Full length jacket for better road protection and water protection

- NEW back ribboning that allows you to stretch out easier and generally improves the comfort.

- NEW dark reflectors on front and back for increased visibility at night.

- IMPROVED zippers used throughout including a much stronger front zipper with front and back ridged flaps to keep the water out

- IMPROVED Elastic waist inner - This makes a huge difference to retaining heat around your body when its cold. Basically it is a inner elastic waist band that stops the hot air escaping around the waist. Now with better placement for easier use.

- High zipper goes right the way up to the head for maximum waterproofing for those long roadtrips in the rain!

- IMPROVED Removable hood - Great for when you get to your campsite or destination and the weather isnt too agreeable! It is removable too (large pocket on the back that can store it). Now with additional fastener to help reduce flapping

- Removable inner warm and waterproof liner - adapt to the elements. Additional layer of wind and waterproofing

- 2 zipper vents on the arms, and 3 back zipper vents to allow for more airflow. Back zippers are in a place that isnt restricted by a small water backpack

- Heaps of pockets! 7 outer pockets + 2 internal pockets

- Adjustable cuffs and waist for a better fit

- Waist zippers - as this is a longer motorbike jacket (for better water protection) this jacket has waist zippers which can make the waist wider so when you are sitting down it doesnt ride the jacket up

- Minimal external branding

- 'Everyday' kind of styling, not super 'motorbiking' look.

- IMPROVED neck hole that is more comfortable

Motorcycle Jacket Sizing Guide:

**If you already have a Black Pup Moto leather jacket it should be the same size for these. If the leather jacket is on the tighter size go for the size up on these**

Below is the sizing guide. I've done this a little different to how most sizing guides are done. Instead of giving a sizing like 32, 34, 36, etc I have given the actual size of the jacket so you can pick the one that best suits you.

The main measurement is the chest measurement.

1) You want to take your own chest measurement (under the armpits at the widest part)

2) Then add a minimum of 14-16cm to that measurement then choose from the below table. If you want a more relaxed fit or you typically ride with more layers underneath add another 2-4cm then choose from the below.

If you would like another specific measurement just let me know (eg biceps) and I can measure it for you, no dramas! If you would like help with sizing email or message on Facebook and I can help. I can also potentially get bigger and smaller sizes in if yours isn't here.

If the way I've done this size guide is confusing as hell and I should do it like everyone let me know and I'll do that.

I totally get buying a jacket or glove online can involve a bit of risk when it comes to sizing etc so I am more than happy to do a size swap or return if you want (provided it's still in the same condition it got sent to you in).
