Waterproof Motorbike ADV pants with armour

Protection was really the name of the game when I first designed these ADV/touring pants. These are the new and improved version, taking what was great about the previous version and making some key improvements.

These motorbike pants feature a heavy duty 1000D Cordura (Stronger than 600D which is used in most gear) and the critical areas that are most likely be in a slide have been reinforced with leather and/or an aramid layer, both of which have excellent slide resistance.

The entire butt area has been reinforced with a hidden layer of Aramid which is very abrasion-resistant.

Finally the pants come with CE2 impact armour in both the knees and hips!

Overall these are great all around pants which are super comfy and very protective.

Available in a shorter inner seam version (Black only). Choose between either a 32" inseam (longer leg) or a 28" inseam (shorter leg) (measure from the crotch to the leg opening inside the thighs)

 

Motorcycle Pants Features:

- 1000D Cordura (Stronger than 600D) is used throughout as the base layer of the pants. This material is super tough, abrasion resistant and very water resistant! It is also very wind resistant making these pants nice and warm even on longer trips.

- Using independent data from where the critical slide areas are, these pants are reinforced by another layer of large leather patches in the knee and hip areas, as well as a big layer of Aramid in the butt area. Having multiple layers of slide resistant material has proved to perform better than one equally thick layer.

- Adjustable knee armour, can be moved into one of two positions so its in the right spot for different leg lengths.

- Reinforced and strengthened seams

- Improved seam sealing for better waterproofing

- Stronger metal buckles

- Removable Knee and hip impact armour comes as standard. No extra charges for armour!

- Waterproof YKK Zippers used throughout

- Removable inner liner - adapt to the elements. The liner in adds another layer of warmth and water resistance to the pants which can be removed on warmer days.

- 2 zipper vents on inside crotch area for a bit of airflow where you need it! 

- 2 outer buttoned pockets (Big enough for a phone) with improved placement.

- Adjustable waist and leg cuff for a better fit. 

- Fits over boots or can be tucked in.

- Stronger belt loops

- Minimal external branding

I totally get buying a gear online can involve a bit of risk when it comes to sizing etc so I am more than happy to do a size swap or return if you want (provided it's still in the same condition it got sent to you in).

There are two measurements for the pants; Waist and leg length. Both colours come in the 32" inseam version and the black version also comes in the 28" inseam version. The inseam measurement is the measurement from the crotch on the inner leg down to the hem. To check you can measure a pair of pants you already own to see what might be better for you.

 

Care instructions:

Take out the liner. Liner can be machine washed on cold and gentle cycle.

For main shell hand wash with cold water, avoiding scrubbing on the distressed leather and reflectors. Avoid using detergent etc. Hang to dry. Ideally don't machine wash or machine dry the outer shell.
